Festival Rave Outfit  Hi loves! The sun is shining, the beats are bumping, and the vibes are absolutely ELECTRIC – you know what that means, right? It’s FESTIVAL SEASON! 🎉🎉 Get ready to unleash your inner dancing queen and dive headfirst into a whirlwind of music, culture, and pure, unadulterated FUN. This was my outfit for Thuishaven, Amsterdam. We went to a techno rave: with its pulsating rhythms and hypnotic melodies, techno is more than just a genre – it’s a sonic adventure that takes you on a journey deep into the realm of electronic soundscapes. Let’s talk about the real magic of festivals – the friendships that bloom: me and Annamarie had such a fun time! Christmas Gifts – For Her

Christmas gifts for her  Hi loves! I am back on track with a blogpost and we start right off with Christmas gift ideas for her! I teamed up with H&M. A warm teddy jacket is everything this winter season and definitely a must have! 6 Steps to a healthy lifestyle Move your body everyday Yes, this sounds like a lot but it is one of the things I swear by! I prefer running, but you can choose whatever exercise you like. If you are new to this try to make it a bit easier for yourself by starting with 30 minutes of movement per day. Then go up from there. You will feel great, I promise! Make sure that you get enough sleep I used to sleep so much but lately I suffered from lack of sleep because I was working 24/7. This resulted in hairloss, weightless and a high stresslevel. I almost for got how important sleep is. So manage your sleeping schedule! Write one down that work for you. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday: 11-8 for example. Avoid Alcohol If you want to have thicker hair, better sleep and more energy try to avoid any sorts of alcohol. I have never really been interested in alcohol so for me…

8 Habits that changed my life

8 habits that changed my life 1. Exercise Running is one of my favorite ways to move my body. I prefer to go in the morning, as soon as I wake up. It is a great way to loose stress and you can run as long as your body needs. It is important that it feels good. Don’t pressure yourself too much. 2. Waking up early I feel so much more productive when I wake up early in the morning. Even when I didn’t get a lot of sleep at night, I always find a way to rest for half an hour in the afternoon when I have to. Waking up early makes you want to sleep earlier in the evening and that is how I got a great sleeping rhythm! 3. Setting boundaries I know this can be super hard, I still struggle with this often since I want to do so many stuff in a week!
